自尊宣言

在整個世界上，沒有另一個人完全像我。我的每一樣事情都是真真實實的屬於我，因為都是我自己的選擇。我擁有自己的一切，我的身體，我的感受，我的嘴巴，我的聲音，我的所有行動，不論它們是對別人或是對自己。我有我的想像，心中的夢，所想所求，與及一切恐懼。我的勝利和成功乃因為我，我的失敗和錯誤也是出於自己。

因?我擁有自己的一切，我和自己親如手足。我學習跟自己相處，愛惜自己，善待自己的每一部份。雖然我的某些部份有時困擾我，另一些部份令自己奇妙莫名，但只要我仍然愛護和善待自己，我就有勇氣和盼望面對自己的困惑和進一步認識自己。不論別人如何看待我，不論自己說甚麼做甚麼，不論自己想甚麼和感覺甚麼，一切都是真真實實的屬於我。

萬一我發現我的某些部份，包括我的表現、言行、思想和感受脫了軌，我必須鼓起勇氣放棄它，保持其餘好的部份，更新那必揚棄的。我要看那當看的，聽那當聽的，感覺那檔感覺的，想那當想的，說那當說的，和做那當做的。我要好好的活上，去靠近別人，活得積極起勁，令我所處的世界和周遭的人及事物閃耀生輝。我擁有自己，我掌舵自己的未來，我就是我，我活得快樂。

My Declaration of Self-Esteem

In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me. Everything that comes out of me is authentically mine because I alone chose it. I own everything about me, my body, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions, whether they be to others or to myself. I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears. I own all my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes.

Because I own all of me I can become intimately acquainted with me. By so doing I can love me and friendly with me in all my parts. I know there are aspects about my self that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know. But as long as I am friendly with and loving to myself, I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles and for ways to find out more about me. However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me.

I later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought, and felt turn out to be unfitting, I can discard that which is unfitting, keep the rest, and invert something new for that which I discarded. I can see, hear, feel, think, say and do. I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside me. I own me, and therefore I can engineer me. I am me and I am OKAY.
